Disclaimer: I use AI to write these articles. Each one is a thoughtful conversation with a frontier model as a sparring partner: I bring the ideas, questions, reflections, research prompts, and sometimes proposed phrases or full sentences; the model does most of the drafting. I am probably not faster this way, but the result feels better. I train the agent away from the usual AI text patterns and add my own rough edges back in, but the text is still roughly 90% AI-generated. I see this as close to how I build firmd.
